Steam Wallet Philippines Datablitz 2016

Datablitz now sells steam wallet codes in the form of plastic cards like your typical prepaid card for your cellphone courier. You simply enter the code revealed once you scratch the seal on the card in the window that you are directed to when you go to Games (Upper Left of the Menu), Redeem a Wallet Code and enter the code. That's it.

Denominations are as follows.
Steam Credit 2200 = Php 2595
Steam Credit 1000 = Php 1195
Steam Credit 500 = Php 599
Steam Credit 250 = Php 299
Steam Credit 50 = Php 65

Be advised that because these are cards, they can run out from the branch you are visiting. Call the branch you will be visiting before going there if you have doubts to the availability of credit. For example, the branch I visited had ran out of 50 peso cards already - probably because I visited during a steam sale.

Bought 500 pesos load at 569 php at Data Blitz, Rockwell last night. They still use scratch pre-paid cards like cellphone courier load in the Philippines. Updating Page 1 with prices as of 10/14/2015. I will be spending the holidays with my family abroad so do not expect me to be able to update this pricelist until next year. Note, call up the branch nearest you - get the phone number from the datablitz website to get the most current list. I will update the page if anyone shares it. Bless you all.

Any amount, meaning the lowest you can buy. I think that's 50 pesos worth? 65 pesos at data blitz - I think, refer to page 1 for card prices. Also refer to page 1 for how long before steam community market activation starts upon your first purchase on steam.

Nope. The amount you use is not relevant. What is, is that you purchase steam credit.

Now whether you need to buy something, that I have no idea, but hey, there are always cheap games around. Hell there was a 2 peso game on sale during the halloween event.

Until you've spent money on steam your steam wallet's value is empty so it doesn't appear. Once you do buy steam credit, it becomes visible at the upper right of your screen in your country's currency value. So everyone has steam wallet - you just do not see it until you have credit.

Pag wala kang steam wallet o banko, pwede ka bumili ng card mismo sa Datablitz. Nakalagay yung code sa likod tapos ipasok mo na lang sa Steam yung code. For those asking, basta nagkaroon ng balance ang Steam ninyo, maaactivate at magagamit ninyo (ang market) pakatapos ng ilang mga araw. 30 days ata pero di na ako sigurado. God Bless.
