How to verify PayPal account?

I recently added $25 dollars to my steam wallet from a debit card that was registered on my paypal account. I paid with paypal in the checkout. I tried to buy a CSGO item and it says I have to wait until my recent payment method has been verified. So how do I verify my PayPal account? Or how long do I have to wait for it to be verified itself?

PayPal accounts require a credit/debit card or direct bank account link to be verified.
