You need level 10 on steam, then you can make a showcase which can be screenshots, achievements, or items in your case. Every 10 levels you can display one more showcase
Im level 20 so I have 2 showcases

Put some item in the showcase and put that on the Market afterwards / Trade it away.

Funnily enough, I just so happened to be looking up how to create a showcase.

Now I know, and got an unintended joke out of it, too.
