Can't load Portal 2 saves!

Hey guys,
I was playing Portal 2 and i died. Instead of respawning i was stuck in this video from the start menue. I was stuck in it and closed the game.
I started the game new and loaded the last autosave - Stuck in this video from the start menue.
I clicked 'Continue Game' - Also stuck.
I even loaded a manual save from me but still : I CANT LOAD IT.

I know the problem happens with autosaves, but even my own saves dont work.
I also know every sentence started with I .... but ... please help me.
Or does anyone knows where I can write the Steam/Portal/Valve Support?

Delete the game and install again. After run as administrator

But I dont want to start again. I was in the last chapter and I would finish the game withhin the next 30 minutes I think.
