That is only made for Linux, also Mac & Linux has very few malwares/viruses compared to windows systems since they are not that widely used
And prevented from running all your windows software!
This is like saying 'My car may have a flat tyre, how do i fix it so i can carry my family around' and you telling them to 'buy a bike instead'.
You can still run most Windows software and games on Linux by using Wine https://www.winehq.org/
I personally do not run any Windows software because there are excellent free open source alternatives.
