Download Malware Bytes Anti Malware, get the latest updates and run a custom scan, select every checkbox and every drive. Leave the PUM and PUP both set to 'treat detection as malware'

I would run an online scan at either Trend housecall or Eset, remove anything they find. Then scan with Malwarebytes or Emsisoft anti malware. There are several anti rootkit tools you could try such as; http://labs.bitdefender.com/projects/rootkit-remover/rootkit-remover/ , http://www.gmer.net/ , & https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/disinfection/5350.

I would most likely post a highjackthis log on one of the many forums that deal with helping people remove malware. If all else fails format & start again, making sure to change any passwords.

That is only made for Linux, also Mac & Linux has very few malwares/viruses compared to windows systems since they are not that widely used

You can still run most Windows software and games on Linux by using Wine https://www.winehq.org/

I personally do not run any Windows software because there are excellent free open source alternatives.

Photoshop Alternative: Gimp

Vector Graphics: Inkscape

3d Graphics and animation: Blender
