Half-Life playing Eminem's songs

Hey.
So i just started playing HL1 and the the beggining in the tram, it played on of his songs i have stored on my PC
The song playd fully
Then another one played when i picked up the HEV suit .
I tried turning down music volume in game but it did nothing.
Any help ?

sounds liek your steam music player is playing. while in game,shift +tab and at the bottom of the screen theres a music tab.
