How much money do I have to spend , before I can buy anything?
I got Steam Guard -> check.
So I need to buy something.
Is it enough if I buy a Skin worth 0,05$?

Well if you are talking about the using the market, then you probably can't buy that skin, since it's from the market in the first place. You can buy anything from the Steam Store or in-game store.

I just wanna sell my skins and boxes ;/ and before that I first have to spend money, I wanna know how much it has to be.

Pretty sure any amount. But as long as you bought it from Steam and adding money to your wallet also counts.

Just buy the cheapest game "Nimble Quest" and sell it's cards.... You'll make like 30 cents back anyway...

Yes from Steam and yes you can buy a csgo key, but it have to be from the ingame store.
