My steam change Launge on some words from English to Chinise any one els got this?

Hello my steam change my launge as the tittle says on my achivements and specialy on every game forum every thing become chinise exept the posts. My store and libery is in English. And befour any one sugest it YES my steam is set to English. If i change launge to something els and then back to English it changes back to normal. I thought it was a 1 time thing but it just done it again plz help.
