Steam/Dota on USB
Is it possible to have Steam/Dota on a USB flash drive? I just moved overseas and for the time being I don't have my own computer. I went to an internet cafe to play dota there, but the download time is way too slow, about 3 hours. I don't mind waiting once and also for the updates from time to time, but I can't do this every time I wanna play dota. Any suggestions are appreciated! The connection here isn't bad and I've tried switching the download server several times, but it doesn't help. If I could just load it from the USB, then I wouldn't need to wait.

If you install Steam and your game library onto the same external device, it should work wherever you've plugged it into. Keep in mind you'd need a relatively large USB device for it to work, it needs space to download AND unpack.

So, like a 2TB external hard drive?

That would do the trick. Make sure that Windows assigns the same drive letter on any PC you use, though. So if it's assigned E:\ on your PC, make sure you can also assign it to E:\ at the Internet cafe.
why i cant click anything when in game?
