Looks like we have to issue a ticket about this issue then.
If your client works go here to file a ticket to appeal this matter. If they just close it, looks like another one needs to be opened.
We all know that. Our point here is that if the website is corrupted, and the client isn't working, than we will have no way to access Steam.

Didn't work - even the 'View code' in the Location Verification page is the same as the others and is invalid.
