My account has been stolen by a key-logger

I not have CD-Key because i buyt CS GO from Steam Market.

Don't install keyloggers, they tend to steal stuff.

You can prove ownership with payment info too.

I can prove at any time that I'm Edy Balan, I have facebook and identity card . He is an russian fool who stole the account with a key-logger . Steam account you can find in the community and if e EdyBalan searches. The url of the steam account is EdyBalan.

No it wasn't. Maybe it was bought from the Steam store? In this case, you have payment information.
Anyway, contact the support and they'll explain what they need.

It's a rather delicate situation because I do not have any receipt from the device that I put money on steam. So it seems that my money went into the pocket of a russian hacker stupid...

Does it concern you that bad people still have access to your Steam account and everything else you do on your PC? I mean, it's like baddies having a second key to your house. Doesn't that concern you?
