Please Fix: Avast! Blocking CS:GO from internet access/server access.

I only bought cs:go yesterday and am loving it! Frankly, yesterday night it was late and i was just about to get off my computer, when avast! popped up asking if i wanted to give csgo internet access. I didnt bother reading it and just pressed cancel. Little did i know, now i can open csgo, but after exactly 30 seconds of searching for a game i get the same message: Matchmaking Failed: Failed to connect to match. I believe it is from !avast, but am not entirely sure as ive tried many many things and csgo or steam is no-were to be seen in avast's banned list. This is my best bet, but i am not entirely sure. If a steam or csgo admin could look over my files and stuffs, that would be great.

Things ive tried:

At this point i honestly don't know what to do. Any help will be much appreciated.

If you didnt make a perma rule,
restart computer.

If you did, but cant find how to manage these things, write in avast forum.
