Steam Support Password reset?
I want to get into my Steam Support account to request a refund for two of my games but apparently there is not "I forgot my password" or anything that shows that you can reset your password...I'm stuck so help? Plus, I already have a steam account since I tried to make one, it said that I already created one.

Call or email Valves customer support. If you email them it may take longer but they will always try to help out a customer.

You can't call them as they don't have a phone number and the only way to email them is with a Support ticket.

OP try going here https://help.steampowered.com and signing in with your actual Steam ID. I don't have a Support account but was able to login and complete a refund that way.

that does not work cause there is no forgot password link i think steam is doing this just to be hard. and they are going to lose a user now beacuse of this sh i itit

At the bottom of that page is the box to put your username in and pressing the button sends you the link to reset you password with the code to reset it.

That linked page from yesterday doesn't even exist anymore, confirm STEAM trolling for being unable to access customer support.
