Buying Skyrim legendary edition while having the game already.

Hello!

Quick question!

In my local store the Legendary edition from skyrim is on sale! But right now i DO have the main game... just not every DLC... and since this local store is selling the legendary version cheaper as buying the 2 remaining DLC's on Steam. i thought it might be a good idea to purchase it? But if i activated it... Would it work? Because i already have the main game :S

If it's just the DLCs you want, I believe that buying the legendary edition would cost more than just buying the DLCs online. So I advise you to buy them on Steam...

You can activate the legendary edition if you already have the base game, but you won't get another copy of the base game, it will just go to waste. But if the legendary edition is on sale for cheaper than the cost of the DLC's individually, it's still worth it.
