Big Picture mode und Mortal Kombat x

HALLO ich habe 2 Probleme. 1. ich habe das spiel Mortal Kombat X installiert jetzt zu meinem Problem wenn ich das Spiel starten will, steht da Spiel konnte nicht gestarten werden (unbekannter Fehler) ich weiß jetzt nicht was ich machen soll da ich ja schließlich für das Spiel bezahlt habe. Und jetzt mein 2tes Problem ich kann nicht den Big Picture mode anschalten da kommt immer die Fehler Meldung DER BIG PICTURE MODE IST AUF IHRER PLATTFORM NICHT VERFÜGBAR: BITTE UM SCHNELLE ANTWORT

First, are you on a 32 bit system? I think you are and the game doesn't work on that,

Get a 64 bit installation media, Microsoft offers tools for 8.1 and 7 and boot the PC from that.

I answer in german because he might understand it better that way:

Mortal Kombat X läuft nur auf 64bit Windows Systemen. Also musst du ein neues Windows 64bit System aufsetzten. Sonst gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Spiel zum laufen zu bekommen. Sorry.
Gute Nachricht ist, das wenn du ein legales Windows 7 oder 8 hast, dir einfach eine 64bit Version kostenlos auf der Microsoft Seite laden kannst mit deinem vorhandenen Produktkey.
Ob es sich für dich lohnt wegen einem Game dein komplettes System neu aufzusetzen musst du natürlich selber entscheiden.
