Steam to skype sometimes = Random Japanese/chinese letters/symbols

Some times when I swap from Steam to Skype random ♥♥♥/chin/kor/(w/e) letters appear
This time I got this "瑨灴⼺振湤愮慫慭⹩瑳慥獭慴楴⹣潣⽭瑳慥⽭灡獰㌯ㄶ㤹⼰獳慟㈲〶っ戴㑤捡摥ㄲ敥㥢㠳攴挵慤捣ぢ㈲㤸㉦⸹ㄱ砶㔶樮杰琿ㄽ㈴㠹㠵㔸9"

This happens both on my old computer and my new (as in I got it today and just installed everything) computer. I wonder if anyone know why this is happening. There seem to be no real message in the text. This text with the help of Google Translate translated to "Jin Hongzhenshiyao Songyincuozao Tashetimin Cuozaolanning ㌯ ㄶ 㤹 angry dog wearing 㑤 pick grief ㈲〶 っ Yan Tang ㄲ 㥢 㠳 Punongquedao ぢ ㈲ 㤸 ㉦ ㄱ 㔶 Po Yan Jie Hui ㄽ ㈴ 㠹 㠵 㔸 9"

As a precaution I scanned both my old and new computer with NOD32 but it didn't find anything. So... Has anyone any clue why this is happening? It never ever happens with other applications and I do not know how to reproduce it.

The "chinese" message you posted is actually the url for a (thumbnail of a) screenshot for the game Lakeview Cabin Collection. It looks like the character encoding got messed up. Is it possible you were trying to copy and paste or drag and drop things to skype?

It could be that I drag & drop by mistake, it often happen if I alt + tab between steam and Skype. Thanks for the reply!
