PS3 controller keeps disconnecting when I use it in-game!

Hi,

I'm owning a Sony PlayStation3/PS3 DualShock3 controller which has allways been connected to the PC via USB-cable using MotioninJoy DS3 Tool. Up untill recently it has allways worked without a hitch.

Recently it started to be bugged without any clear reason.
It keeps getting disconnected when I'm in-game. Resulting in the game going to pause menu untill I manually enabled it again in MotioninJoy!

IMPORTANT TO KNOW IS:
I'm only playing the game "MaxPayne3" 's online multiplayer mode.
So I have no clue about this problem only being isolated to "MaxPayne3" or not.



MY TROUBLE SHOOTING SO FAR:

- Connected USB-cable to all other USB-ports
- Paired it to a Bluetooth Dongle and used it wireless instead
- Updated \ Rolled back \ Uninstalled \ Reinstalled all drivers
- Resetted the controller via the tiny reset option on the device backside
- Used another "XInput Wrapper" from "Scarlet.Crush Productions instead of MotioninJoy.
This last one actually did change the behaviour of the bug slightly, instead of having to enable it manually again in MotioninJoy it now almost instantly gets reconnected automatically.

None of the above actions offered a solution, and most didnt even made a difference at all.

Anyway, I cant get it back to work again as it supposed to so, PLZ let there be anyone that has knowledge or a solution for this issue.

Again I tried to manually uninstall / remove everything controller driver and MotioninJoy related and started all over from scratch.
This time using exclusively the "Scarlet.Crush Productions" xinput wrapper.

I got the exact same problem as you, i used for years the scarlet driver for my ps3 controller and suddenly one day without particular reason it started to reconnect/disconnect the usb only when i was in game.

I don't know what do for fix it, i already formated windows, tried 3 different Sony gamepad, 3 different usb cable, tested all usb port, reseted the controller... Tried everything there is no logic in that.

Really happens only when i am in game if the controller is just plugged and i'm not playing it will never disconnect.
