I Can't trade!

Hey guys, im have bought CS:GO, but im getting this message: http://www.part.lt/perziura/94d41c12e56aa89f60d462b993115d8b546.png, not i need to wait 7 days, but im just can't even invite frends. Help me please!

But can I up me level withouth spending $5? I have bought CS:GO, and why i have again spend $5 if i want just add frends or trade with other people? Formerly never need to spend $5?

Read the link. You need to add $5 to your wallet or spend $5 in the Store to level up, add friends, send game invites etc...

Once you've added $5 or more; you'll have a 7-30 day market restriction before you can even trade.

I think there is a 7 day cooldown on all features when money is added to the wallet. I'm not 100% sure but I think this is the case if the person is limited in the first instance. The user is also Level 0 so it doesn't appear they've purchased CSGO on Steam too.

We could do with a bit more clarification though so we can assist further.

Your first achievement dates back to yesterday's. Presumably a retail copy activated yesterday therefore. More details needed if disagreement. Also, was it a Steam Store bought copy, you'd have this badge: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198137620093/badges/13

How do I gain access to these features?
You will need to spend at least $5.00 USD within the Steam store.

Some examples of purchases that grant access to these features are:

Adding the equivalent of $5 USD or more to your Steam Wallet
Purchasing game(s) that are equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store
Adding a Steam Wallet card to your Steam account
Purchasing a Steam gift that is equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store (Receiving a Steam gift from a friend doesn't count)
Each Steam purchase total will be tracked in USD. If your Steam store's currency isn't in USD, it will be tracked and converted to USD automatically using daily exchange rates.

guys, i got trade chances on websites that seem legit with their reviews. but when i pressed the "TRADE", it says "5$ not deposited yet". does this mean i need to deposit 5$ to steam? or those websites?

Cuz these aren't legit. No trading site will ask you deposit.

These websites are scams, don't deposit anything to them. They have no relation to valve (steam).
