Got a reply from steam 4 days ago but nothing since

Hi guys i got a reply from steam support about my ticket 4 days ago after waiting 2 and a half weeks. i replyed straight away to it,but since i replyed i have got no responce.Its crazy.All i bloody want is a game removed from my account.Any info would be great on what i could do.Thanks all

Usually the following responses come faster than the first. Beyond that, not much else I can offer. As long as you've provided any information Steam has asked for, they should respond soon. In fairness, this is likely considered something of a low priority for Steam support, as the game being in your library will usually not be doing any harm.
