Game opens as background process (FIXED)
If i try to open any game, the preparing to launch... window opens then closes, as steam says im currently in game but nothing happens. I check task manager and there is the game in background processes? I've tried a lot of different things and still nothing. No one online seems to have a fix? does anyone know how to fix this?

edit...

I had to change which graphics GPU my computer was running. This was done in the BIOS menu of my computer on startup

Did you have that game in your Task list at your Desktop?

same here but only project zomboid runs as a background process all other games run fine
