I need help with steam workshop mod files

First of all, i don't own specific game in steam and i don't want to add it, i have CD game but i want to transfer steam workshop mods inside that game but i cannot find folder where those mods are stored, so the straight-to-the-point question - How to transfer steam workshop mod manually, if i don't own the game itself and in what folder i could access it?

Subscribed mods will not download until you own the game on steam. What you need to do is find the mod hosted on another mod site and use that version instead. Mods are downloaded to the games folder and then automatically installed to the correct locations for you.

I was looking before specific mod countless websites but only source of the mod leads to steam workshop

You could contact the mod author on steam and ask about it. Try adding them as a friend or post a note in the comments section of the mod.
