Inventory, is it possible to see non tradable items in friend's inventory?

When someone just parches something it wont be able to trade for some time right? but if I purches I see all my items, I would like to know when you see your friend's inventory can you see all items or only tradable items or can see even not tradable ites too(example item he/she just bought from market)
I would like to know, please tell me

You can see every items he has in his inventory regardless if it's untradable or not. Only Steam gifts can be hidden.

no, you cant see non tradeable items in trade window, only tradeable items

No, you cant see it, only your friend could see when it can be trade
well if you spy your friends inventory everyday and if you see new item then you can know it can be trade after 7 days
