and now i can sold it or trade it

Some newly acquired items are tradable/marketable after 7 days. If is still in that stage, it has a orange text on, showing the exact date.

If it has tradeable/marketable on, means you can either trade it or sell on the market. Click the item, if there is no orange text anymore, you are free to go.

The actual time it becomes tradable and marketable may depend whether the time is in GMT/UTC time or Steam time (7 hours later during daylight savings time). But your inventory is not public, so we cannot tell. In order to trade, you inventory has to at least be visible to friends. Or in order to use public trading sites your inventory needs to be public.
