[Garry's Mod] Does the mods cost money?
I'm not wanting to buy mods for the sandbox game. I'm hoping the majority of mods available are free, are they?

the mods are in the game, if thats what your talking about. like when your ingame you download the mods you want.

Addons in the WORKSHOP are free. More quality addons are priced over at ScriptFodder.
