cant delete rockstar account

i bought GTA V and had to copy the file to my computer and had to put my activation code at rockstargames.com but left the house with the computer unatended and my litle brother made a new account through steam so it thinks im puting in the activation code in the wrong account is there no way of delieting the rockstar account on steam and puting the correct one upp without buying it again ?

To change / delete the respective account, you would need to contact Rockstar Support[support.rockstargames.com]
