3000$ gaming pc only getting 120 -160 fps on a (144hz monitor)

so i have a msi r9 270x 4gb gpu, amd a10 7800 radeon r7 oc 3.9ghz cpu and 8gb corsair vengeance RAM and only getting 130 fps on average in deatmatch while everyone else on a worse build are getting like 300 fps. my video settings are: 1920x1080 all on low 0AA. Also tried every launch option out there pls help

*only reason i need this is because csgo 144 hz fps is like 250 fps

All you need is 60 fps. and the frames are smooth

Download Iobit and put it in Boost (turns unnecessary windows services off
If you are just playing the game you can even put it in Game Mode.
This will use around 90% of your pc for the game only then.
