Disk write error ,not enough disk space

Hey I've been trying to install shadow of mordor for 2 days now sometimes it just says I don't have enough disk space when I do.

I've tried changing region didnt help I even plugged in a spare 1tb hdd I had same error while installing on there too.

it's not steam because I just tried downloading another game

but with shadow of mordor I keep getting that error sometimes it starts downloading then just stops at like 6 gb and soon as I click the download now button it starts for 2 secs then stops no matter how many times I press it.

I have also to delete local data on the game then I deleted the cache files in the downloading folder also then tried to install it again same thing happens over and over. I have no idea what to do anyone had this same problem ?

edit : the game finished downloading which proves its something to do with the game D:

already done all that doesn't help it's not my hard drive I can download any other game right now with no problem it's just shadow of mordor...... so annoying
