Younger brother purchased games
I created a ticket on support.steampowered.com over a week ago but have had no reply. :(

For a long time, my younger brother had access to my Steam account while I spent some years not gaming. He changed the display name to [redacted] and spent a lot of money on several games. Since then, I have begun playing games again and I have spent money on games myself, but we have different tastes.

My little brother didn't understand that the two of us wouldn't be able to play games at the same time, and neither did I. I'd like to transfer many, but not all of, the games owned by my account, as well as the Steam credit on my account, to his.

I understand that this is probably against the rules, but I ask that you be sympathetic to our situation. Nobody's trying to rip anybody off, it's just that some mistakes were made and we'd like to rectify them. My younger brother's e-mail is [redacted] and his Steam account name is [redacted]. Please let us know what we can do to arrange so that my brother's games and credit go to his account and my games stay on mine.

Thanks for your help. We hope you will be sympathetic to our problem.

You can't transfer games between accounts.

However, you could get your younger bro to use the separate steam account, but link it to your's via family sharing. So long your not playing that game, he should gain access to it - you just need to authorize his account. That's probably your best option?
