personally i think valve should implement some form of system to detect people doing this, for example it should see that this one person is attacking multiple people every round or so then if someone on the same team kills them they shouldn't get punished for it this would force people to take the ban which is why the ban is there in the first place to punish people abandoning games so your not in the wrong if someone is getting you to kick them they are in the wrong because when they joined that game they dedicated there time to it and accepted the fact that if they need to go they will be getting a ban. one thing i don't agree with is when for example your computer crashes and wont turn back on in time or your power goes out these are things that can not be avoided for example in this day and age you don't really expect a power cut but when it happens you can't be prepared for that and your computer may not crash a lot that that may be unexpected also so the valve should change the time you have to get back into the game to something like 5 - 10 minutes because i have a lot of friends that get back just as the timer runs out and they couldn't have done anything quicker so that is a bit unfair saying as they want to rejoin.
