Game design document for role playing games?

A game design document (often abbreviated GDD) is a highly descriptive living design document of the design for a video game.

This is a general game design document template. Couldn't find one specifically for RPGs.

yea i found one,well more then one as well, thank you for trying at least :) do you know is there any sort of dark souls,bloodborne enemys list of attacks, basically an ai pattern they use for combat etc?

You might be able to check an FAQ and they might list some general strategies for fighting enemies, which sometimes includes a bit of information on the attacks they use. Usually that's just for bosses though, and would not delve into the technical aspect of AI.
