Is this true or a scam HELP PLS
A guy Sends me this Steam Guard: On your account credited amount $ 20.37USA, C Visa Russia 3175 6854 4780 1991. If you give up the exchange amount For my 5 Eurs (in items) Can i trust him ????

Blatant scam. Steam does not deal with real money outside of the market. Report the person for 'scamming'. You do not get contacted by any Steam staff ever - only Steam Support are capable of contacting you and that is all done on a seperate account and only if you submitted a ticket. You also don't get free money for nothing on Steam.

Please familiarise yourself with the Steam Trading Policy so you know what you can and cannot do with Steam Trading and to help prevent further issues.
