Already Redeemed Gift...

So a friend kindly gifted me Gta V and it says its already been redeemed and alot of people has problems but always solve it and I can't... someone have any ideas? I have already messaged steam support ticket too but just did it now and I wanna see if i can get Gta V as quick as problem. Thanks!

Are you trying to redeem it through your e-mail?

If so, try to have your friend send it to you directly on Steam, by adding you to his/her friendslist and sending it directly through that.

I'd say quite the opposite. So you're getting the redeemed issue with a sent-directly gift?

Where are you trying to redeem the gift exactly?
There's no chance your friend might've sent the gift to someone else?

If you see the 'Gift Received' on your Steam -client; and/or the gift is visible here

Well it says Status: Unredeemed.... we've done the gift again and still no soloution...
