A thief breaks into a car, gets the radio and gives or sells to you for dirt cheap... you accept this... the cops then come to your home to take back the radio and freeze your assets. Now tell me why that is unfair?

3. Screenshots of trade transactions, payments (such as bank transactions) or other proof of purchases for those items.

Possession of stolen goods is still a crime.

You either have to prove your innocents or been marked as guilty and willfully taking of stolen property. How does anyone know your the innocent? Do you have any proof?

you contact steam support like the account alert told you to do. if they refuse to unlock the account, then its permanent.
