Ensure you're contacting support via their support system. Wait until they respond to your ticket.
this is really not fair
i work hard for my money now they ban my account
Why would you accept gift wrapped and trade outside of Steam trading rules?
Anyways, contact Steam Support with just one ticket...
Ensure to inclufe:
1. Your Steam Account Name
2. Your Steam Account Email Address
3. Screenshots of trade transactions, payments (such as bank transactions) or other proof of purchases for those items.
Saying mr thief called "Bob", who's your cousins friends brother from another mother, gave you it all for cheap ain't going to cut it, without at least some proof.
im just an innocent here. if i ever knew it before . i will not buy a single item from him. hayy
If an individual has accepted possession of goods or property and knew they were stolen, then the individual is typically charged with a misdemeanor or felony, depending on the value of the stolen goods. If the individual did not know the goods were stolen, then the goods are returned to the owner and the individual is not prosecuted. However, there are often exceptions, due to the difficulty of proving or disproving an individual's knowledge that the goods were stolen.
You either have to prove your innocents or been marked as guilty and willfully taking of stolen property. How does anyone know your the innocent? Do you have any proof?
You can lookup/report the thief on SteamRep:
http://steamrep.com/
Again, only if you have the proof...
It shouldn't be too hard hopefully, considering payments/transactions always leave a log behind.
i already send them a lot of print screen of trades .
the last trade that I do is dota2lounge bot.
i just lost 400$ . thats all -_-
