What's the difference between Tradeable and Untradeable Booster Pack?

When crafting a Booster Pack from gems there are two options...

That's because you have untradable gems. Untradable Booster packs becomes tradable after a few days and Tradable Booster Packs are always tradable.

Each gems you get from Backgrounds/Emotes/Market etc takes 7 days before it's tradable. You can have 10 different stacks of gem or more if you do that enough... After 7 days everything is tradable.
