problem with paysafe

I got one paysafe 10 euro i buy cs:go on sale 5.51 paysafe must have 4.49 in and dont have
nothink.

If "failed" then Steam did not take the money from PaySafeCard, and will not give you the game. PaySafeCard only set the money aside, and will return it in a few days.

If "pending" then you have to wait. It may Fail (read above) or it may complete and you will get your game.
