Search Steam Profiles with Image?

Hello! I am trying to find a persons steam account, but all I have is their profile picture. Is there any way to search for people's steam accounts using that image? Thanks!

Nope there is no way.
There is a reverse image search called Tin Eye, however it probably doesn't scans trough closed communities like Steam.
Even if it would, the user can have a generic avatar what can be thousands. If is his real life picture, you might try, but success is very-very low.

And even if you would have the original image from his profile, is no use cause the avatar file name doesn't contains the ID of the profile. Is just a randomly generated string of numbers.

As I told, there is no way to search trough images. Even the most advanced 3rd party search module has a extremly low success possibility. This is not a image board where you can narrow down your search with image tags.

Not even if person has a avatar which nobody else has. Example - like me who draws all avatars on own.

His avatar is a picture of him. Pretty unique, but not unique enough I guess. Do they generate steam IDs in the order that accounts were created? If so, I could possibly make a script to search through all of the profiles around the general time that his was created. However, I don't know if the steam IDs are in an order or not.

If they have a unique enough steam picture just search by image through google. I have found multiple steam accounts through it, 3rd party websites (besides google) are not required if they have a unique enough pic.

It was a very unique picture. However, I was still unable to find anything when I originally posted this question.
