NCsoft game licence (Aion) and Steam

Bought an NCsoft game licence (Aion) in 2010, I would like to reinstall it now in order to play it out-of-EU or to recover my account for F2P mode.
NCsoft and Gameforge (for F2P) seems not to recognize my email address, so no support.

Can Steam have a solution?

I bought it and installed it by using Steam. My purchase is registered and visible on my Steam Account.
