Blank/Missing Gifts

Was just looking at my inventory and noticed that 14 of my gifts have turned blank. There's just black boxes where the games used to be and clicking on them doesn't show any name of the game or anything like that. It just tells me that the items are tradeable or not depending on which one I click on and that they're not marketable.

Anyone know what's happened there?

Pretty sure I've not been hacked or there wouldn't be a space where my gift was, there'd be nothing there at all. Also, my gift or trade history would show something and it doesn't.

I've re-started Steam, viewed the inventory form browser when logged in and not and from 2 different browsers and I'm getting the same thing.

A friend of mine tried sending me a gift less than an hour ago. I received an email stating that I'd received a gift, but it hasn't shown up in my inventory or game library, and I haven't gotten the regular gift pop-up that I normally would get.

Maybe these issues are related, somehow? Some technical issues on the valve side of things?

Could well be by the sound of it, a general problem with gifts. I noticed on the profile of one of the other posters that as well as the gifts not being shown in their inventory, there were holes on the "items owned" section on their profile. So we know it's affecting inventory and profile showcases for sure, wouldn't be at all surprised if it's the cause of your problems too.

3 of mine have gone blank. Doesn't say the name of the games when I click on them either.

I just sent a gift and nothing happened, the only thing that happened is that I was charged. Now I am worried I sent it to the wrong email since nothing has came through on that email. Since it doesn't show up in my inventory I cant check. Ugh.

I am having the same problem.

It's going on since yesterday 10 pm, approx. 10 hours ago. (2015-04-17 22:00h (GMT-3))

Some gifts won't show up:

It looks the same whether viewed logged on, or off, on Steam, from either Chrome, Firefox, and the Steam client; so I guess it might be something on their side.

The gifts which are blank are always the same ones.

If I click in the inventory slot for a blank gift, it will correctly show tradability status for new/old gifts, and region restrictions for ROW/regional gifts, as well; but it won't show any other information: Name, store page URL, and banner.

If I hover the mouse pointer over the 'Add to my library...' button I can see the item ID for the gift seems to be there, on the javascript code.
