How to change the steam market currency from Dollars to Euros ?

I live in portugal , and i created an account in portugal .... but steam market is on Dollars.
I've tried to click some links that people put on when i search this topic , but it only works to buy games not in market ..... i want to permanently change the market currency to Euros
