My friend cant redeem my CSGO gift I sent him
I've sent CSGO gift to my friend multiple times but he cant redeem it. In the mail there is a button to redeem. After clicking it it says "already redeemed" but I can still see the gift in my inventory. He has a new steam account with no games so I cant add him as a friend and need to send the gift via email. HELP WELCOME

You should be able to add him as a friend. He just can't add you. The restriction is on sending invites, not accepting them.

I tried that! I can't find him if I search for his username

Did he set up his steam community profile?
