Is cs:go enough for gmod or i need to buy others

CS GO is not Source based. (you could guess it from how new it looks) CS Source or Half Life 2 would be sufficient.
But you don't need it anymore to play Gmod. It adds a few texture things, nothing else.

CS:GO is Source based regardless of the engine's revamp.
Garry's Mod doesn't use Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's textures either way.

While you can play Gmod without any Source -game, some multiplayer gamemodes require them for textures. So it depends entirely on what OP wants to do in the game.
