I wanted to add 10€ to my steamwallet with a paysafecard, but after I enter the code I don´t have more moey in my steamwallet and my paysafecard is empty now -.-

I bought a paysafe card i got the money right away im pretty sure you should to. If you dont get the money in 1 week srite steam support and they help you.

Steam Support can't help with that.

If the money doesn't get picked up, you'll have to contact the processor (in this case, Paysafe's Support.)

It's the same as sending the mail; you don't contact the recipient about it. If Steam had the money, you'd have the game.

You knov steam is buggy for everyone right now so i think steam could ♥♥♥♥ uo as well paysafe could but i dont think paysafe did
