Trading cdkeys tips?

I bought a dying light cdkey to a guy that claims he have gta v and we are going to trade.
i am really worried about being scammed. because i came across with a guy that said he have a key, but i was being so kind to him that he said he feel bad about himself and he said he tried to scam... lol.
back to the topic. my cdkey is genuine but how to give him the key without being scammed, and can be accepted by both players? i checked his steam profile on steamreps. there are no bans. but i am not sure, if he is reported or not. any help?

Steamreps means exactly 0. At the end of day, one of you will have to go ahead and give the other one the item hoping the other one will hold up to his promise. This is the only way.

well, i guess that is true. i think i will just have to tell him about he letting me activate first.
Hey. but i checked his games list. he DOESN'T EVEN HAVE GTA V in his game list and he usually goes online every 16 hours. he never plays his games and it is filled with f2p games and cheap indie games. he have 2 big games. they are evolve and hitman. should i trust him?

The game can still be revoked after you activated it and you would be left without recourse.

Not at all. I don't think there are GTA V CD keys you can activate on Steam. 99.9% he's trying to scam. Never trade for CD keys.

no he didn't state that it is a CDKEY. i just assumed it might be a cdkey. lets not worry about CDKEYS first because we will figure sth out. and i need someone to take that key too! i already have dying light.
I NEED TO KNOW if he is a real trader. he only have indie games and the only 2 big titles are evolve and hitman.
i have a couple of big titles such as black ops 2 and dying light. but they are all cdkeys and gifts from resellers. i am still a student that i cannot use credit card. i use an other debit card thingy to get things from online resellers.
Now this guy is telling me that he have GTA V (keys, gifts, whatever) but he didn't get one for himself. should i trust him?

But reputable traders won't trade with ME! i am a newb with a cdkey from a grey market! people wont trade with me!
