Full account turning into limited account? What's going on?
Hey guys i came back to Staem Universe group so i can report this issue. For some reason my full account returned into limited account mode for no reason. I have buyed a game with real life moeny already, few years ago to be exact, 60$. I had full account untill today. Please help me solve this issue.

I did restart my Staem account, i made this thread after restarting it, but nothing changed.

I'm not the person who buys through internet. I purchased Transformers Fall of Cybertron in Real life shop. I have FoC for two years now.

Had word that this is a known issue being looked into regarding retail product keys. Hang tight, hopefully all will be fixed soon.

did refreshing steam have any positive results for you?

That is not related to the problem at hand.
The account is flagged as limited on the servers - refreshing local Steam files wouldn't alter this. :)

I've had word that this issue should now be fixed, but you may need to be logged out for a little while for your account status to correct itself.

If you are still encountering the problem come the night, please log out of your account when you go to sleep and log back in when you wake up in the morning. If you are still having issues, please let me know (via my profile comments, if necessary).
