Money
2015 04 12 I bought on Steam with a credit card and I did not get my money's worth anything today. The bank transferred the money to the Steam! Where can indicate a problem?

What's its event under https://store.steampowered.com/account/store_transactions

If
Failed
  • Your money will be returned to your balance by your payment processor in 3-5 business days
      Do note that business days do not include the weekends
Pending
  • Your event will either change to Wallet Credit; or Failed later.

Elvileg sikeres volt a vásárlás (14,99 Eu). A pénzt le is vonták a bankkártyámról, de nem kaptam meg a vásárolt árut. A Steam vissza is igazolta, hogy vásároltam, de az arany pénzeim sehol sincsenek.

In principle, the purchase was successful (14.99 Eu). The money you drew the bankkártyámról, but I did not receive the merchandise. Steam back also confirmed that I bought, but the gold nowhere.

Wallet Credit; Failed or Pending?

Considering there's no 15€ Fund Add option (at least for me); did you try that with a Steam Wallet code? Edit: You did say credit card.

Did not quite understand - working compiler. Eu was 14.99 discount gold (between 5100-5500). Al-paid MasterCard 12th. The money is placed off of me. Steam vásárlást- confirmed the notification e-mail address. Since then, nothing has happened. The bank indicated that the money is already at the Steam.

I found the money, but asks for the code wallet credit. I do not understand all this. I'm not at home in this topic. How can I get code to have access to my money out and purchase the gold coins? Why is this so complicated. I thought it was just going to buy and then automatically after all. What's in your wallet code? What is it? Or 1000 data can be identified. I gave in to purchase what you want to buy! No more spending money, if this keeps up!
