I can't run CSGO made a ticket still no response
I made a ticket that i can't run CSGO because it just stays on desktop nothing happens when i try to boot the game. my ticket is 6072-OFLM-9124. i made my ticket on Sun, 5th Apr 2015 2:13 and i still have 0 access to the content that i bought due to recent updates. The game worked fine before but now it's completely broken. any other game in my library works. i verified cache, reinstalled the game and reinstalled steam service and so on. It's really a disgrace that in need to wait more than 1 week to get help from steam support for content that i have bought and that i can't access due to bad patching.

I never had such bad support in my life for a game I usually get an answer from steam after 1 day but this is not even close to a day.

just keep waiting, i had a issue were my brother went on my account and i lost $250 worth of items, and it's been over a week with no reply.

Means, it shouldn't be broken objectionally for everyone.

Can you right mouse click the game -> Properties -> Local Files -> <Verify Integrity of Game Cache> ?

  1. Install DirectX[www.microsoft.com]
  2. Install Visual C++ Redistributables[www.microsoft.com]
  3. Update your GPU drivers.

All games works except CSGO. SO it would be obvious i have directx installed and Visual C++. Also i have the latest nvdia game ready driver so that information doesn't help and already did that read my orginal post.
