What should I do when I receive this ?

It seems they no longer answer when I receive this.

Should I keep opening new tickets ?

Note that the answer from Support doesn't change because you don't like the answer.

Accept it and move on. Your query has been answered and any appropriate action if required has been taken. Nothing more can be done on the matter.

Don't open a new ticket as you'll be wasting your time and theirs. If you ply them with tickets that have already been answered in previous ones; it could affect your relationship with them in the future.

Of course I don't like it. If I were a scammer or a fraudster I wouldn't like it too, but at least I would accept it. This is not the case here.
I guess you know perfectly the problem, I won't be the first innocent to be locked because of these fraudsters/scammers.

They locked my account, I got around 1000€ of items and games and 100€ wallet I can't use/activate anymore.
I think you can understand it's hard to accept it.
I think I made enough to maintain a good relationship, I am very angry but I stayed polite with them because I can understand how hard it is to manage so many tickets.

What exactly is the problem? Got any proof that you didn't do whatever they think happened?

I received 3 random reasons for my lock :
"We have found activity in the Steam account related to fraudulent credit card use"
"We have found activity in this Steam account related to the trafficking, laundering, or reselling of games or items that were obtained in a fraudulent manner."
"We have found activity in this Steam account related to fraud within the Steam Marketplace."

I would be glad to give them any proof I got, as I told them in my tickets, but they never asked me anything. I only received copy/pasted messages until the final :

"Steam Support has provided you with all of the relevant information regarding this issue. You can log into your account at support.steampowered.com to review your Steam Support tickets.

I would have sent them proof in the first question and certainly not wait around for them to ask for it.

Did you do any of the things that they said you did?

The 3 'random' activity pointers that they are addressing by saying 'we have found' means they have indeed found evidence based on a complaint that you have used a credit card fraudulently which has been involved in buying and selling items in the Steam marketplace. To initially counter the accusation based on a complaint made; they would have asked you to produce ownership details of the card and the Steam account.

How did this situation arise and what information have you provided them as proof to counter the claims?

The problem is I don't know which proof I have to send them. I made many trades.

I sent proof of ownership.
They didn't ask me any question.

I certainly never used a fraudulent credit card nor made fraud within the marketplace.
As I told them I could accept "reselling of games or items" but certainly not trafficking, laundering or obtained in a fraudulent manner.

I already sent proof of ownership and market/store transactions for nothing.
It would make me more angry to take time to send more screenshots for nothing.
I don't even know from which date I should send screenshots of my trades. I guess too many ss will confuse them and they won't take time to check them.

Asking me proof for a specific trade would be so simple.

"Based on a complaint" ?
Are you sure about that ? It would be for sure someone trying to troll...

I sent them :
1-My Steam Account login name
2-The original email address used on the account
3-Proof of account ownership (my paypal info)
3a-The full name on the PayPal Account
3b-The full billing address on the PayPal Account
3c-The Invoice ID and the Transaction ID

They wouldn't instigate a credit card fraud investigation on a 'nothing' basis without foundation.

It seems with the details you've sent them; there is merit that fraudulent activity has taken place on your Steam account in repect to a card attached to your payment method.

Just out of interest; have you ever performed a chargeback of any kind?

I never made a chargeback and never attached a credit card to my Paypal account.
This is impossible.
