Credit Card Verification [Indonesia / IDR] - Dota 2
Would really some help with the Credit Card Verification problem that I encountered earlier, the problems are like this:

1. I added some fund to my wallet using my usual credit card (already used them 3-4 times before)

2. The previous funds added by my credit card always give me restrictions between 7 days, in which I happily obliged to wait before using the fund (even though I personally thinks it is really a hassle system, why would you want your customer to wait for 7 days to buy after adding fund is beyond me....but no matter)

3. I added the latest fund in intention to buy something that I really want in Dota 2
4. I tried to use the Credit Card Verification to remove the market restrictions, and Steam stated they have send 2 payments to my Credit Card bank holder
5. I contacted my Bank to retrieve those 2 purchase/withdraw number from Steam Games, for example let just say the number was Rp 15100 and 16100

6. I went to my Credit Verification numbers and add below numbers to verify:
- First try : Rp. 15100 and Rp. 16100 <--- It was denied
- Second try : Rp. 15.100 and Rp 16.100 <--- it was also denied (Stupidly enough I used the "." because the default blank verification shows something like this "IDR 0.00"

My questions are:
1. Should I use comma "," instead of dot ".", because it was commonly used in Indonesia?
2. Should I reverse the order of the number, so instead putting the 15100 first, I should put 16100 and 15100 in that order? Is order of the number matters that much in Credit Card verification?
3. I know after reading some support help page, that if I make 3 fails attempt to verify, I will have to wait another 7 days before I am able to use my fund..

Would love some help on this matter for any fellow Indonesian who have experience this issue before...or any help at all...


Ps. I have tried the Contact Support, but found the correct category that falls under the Credit Card Verification...and I pessimistically think it will take longer time to get the response from the Support than to wait my Market restrictions to go off..

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
