Laptop Motherboard Temperatures?
Hello! I have a Lenovo Y50 laptop and I noticed that sometimes, while playing certain games, the motherboard's temperature shoots up to 80C (according to Speccy).

However, the CPU and GPU temps are completely normal, albeit a little warm (50-65C).

Is there something wrong with my motherboard? Should I be worried? Thanks!

you should be worried. It sounds like your overall cooling isn't good. Likely you're blocking the output vents. So while your cpu/gpu is fine, that heat has no where to vent out.

I'm using a Cooler Master Slim board to cool my laptop. What would be a reasonable temperature for my motherboard to run at? On idle it's around 53C.
