GTA 5 serial number was stolen.

Problem:
I made a screenshot of installing process of GTA5 in steam, but there was a late night (in my time zone), I had not been sleep for a long time, and I was a little scattered (etc, etc, etc), so I didn't noticed that serial number (it had not been activated in RG social club yet) showed in steam client on this screenshot. I didn't even know that there are may be a secret keys, because game is in my steam account already! That fateful screenshot was posted at the forum, and someone, who was more attentive then me, had to activate it in RGsc before me.
Now I have GTA 5 in my steam account, but I can't launch game (because it also requires to register this game in RGsc account which I had to fail).
Both Steam and Rockstar Games support keep silence for 30 Hrs and no one knows when they pay attention on me. 30 hrs it is a lot. Maybe thief now using cheats all the way and my steam account will get VAC report or something.

My questions:
0. Please, someone tell me what a stupid idiot am I? :D
1. Is there any chance to return my game to me? Are there precedents? I am owner of the key and I can provide all information about it.
2. If not 1: how I can buy new copy of game at same steam account? Is there ways to delete game from account and then buy a new one with new s/n?

I'd say your chances of getting the game back are rather slim unfortunately; if Steam Support did remove your copy and you bought a new one, you'd just get the same CD-key, as far as I know.

You'd have to make a new Steam account to buy the game with.

As far as VAC bans go, no - besides Grand Theft Auto V doesn't even use VAC.

Looks like that really is what I should do, because I can't wait more to play this game. But In this case I am dividing between asking R* support to ban stolen key or just don't touch it - let this guy play the game as it my fault anyway.

Contact their support, explain what happened, provide proof of purchase. And they might revoke the key

Probably you wont receive a new key. I think you can try to buy just a key and try to paste it in social club starter. You can try to write to the support and ask them for delete the game from your account.
